How you get paid
You will receive payments for your referral when the nurse reaches certain milestones in their success path with International Recruiting Agency.
The timeline and milestones vary depending on whether the nurse will obtain a TN Visa (Canadian and Mexican citizens only) or a Green Card (everyone else).

- Referrals will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and the first referrer will be eligible for the referral fee.
- Only RNs who have passed the NCLEX are eligible for this referral bonus promotion.
- This promotion does not apply to nurses who have been previously referred and/or applied to International Recruiting Agency.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the fees you can earn.
